RGB or CMYK when designing albums
Basic Concepts of RGB and CMYK
The RGB color mode is the color mode used by the display. It consists of three primary colors of red, green and blue to form rich colors. CMYK, on the other hand, is a color pattern for printing, which consists of cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks superimposed to create rich colors.
2. Color accuracy of RGB and CMYK
The RGB color mode is more vibrant and rich when displayed, but the color accuracy is not as good as CMYK. The CMYK color mode, on the other hand, produces more accurate reproduction of actual colors, especially black, and provides higher color saturation and contrast.
III. Applicable Scenarios in Album Design
Not printed: You can use RGB color mode if you want to display the contents of the album without actually printing it. Because the RGB mode can provide a better visual effect, more attractive.
Printing: If actual printing is required, the CMYK color mode must be used. Because prints are highly accurate in color, CMYK mode is a better way to reproduce the actual color.
Inalbum design, select an appropriate color mode based on the actual situation. You can use the RGB color mode if you simply want to present the content without actually printing it. However, if you are actually printing, be sure to use the CMYK color mode to ensure color accuracy and print quality.
