1. Color mode

The color mode of the printed product is CMYK. Some spot colors, such as gold and silver, cannot be expressed in CMYK. Therefore, special color modes are required.

2. Bleeding position

Poster brochure printing generally has a 4 mm bleeding position (add 0.5 mm to the outer margin of the finished product). The size of the finished product is 10 inches.The 7-inch brochure is 10.5 inches.7.5" with cut lines of 10.5" and 7.5". For the printed finished product, its size should be added bleed position, in order to ensure the accuracy of the finished product size when the cut is not neat when binding.

3. Title Words

The title should contain no more than 20 characters, except for special design. Generally, the font of the title should be 6pt-8pt. No more than 2500 poster text and no more than 3000 brochure text.

4. Binding mode

Mainly consider the front cover and back cover, and the number of the inside page layout to choose the appropriate binding method.

6. Inner sheet paper and inner sheet blanking

Considering the firmness and cost of document bagging and binding into a booklet, and the white space on the inner page for folding point or illustration, the design and production are generally as follows: 4 white and 1 color (four pages of white and 1 color). If the finished product does not need to be bagged, 3 white and 2 colors can be used. If the finished product is printed with smooth cardboard, add one smooth surface as the cover.

7. Paper Material Selection

Make proofing according to the color sample provided by the customer to determine whether the film is required to determine the final paper material. Generally speaking, coated paper, subpowder paper, art paper, etc. are suitable for cover paper. For the cover of UV coating or inside cover, coating paper must use matt powder paper or art paper as the base paper. Using art paper or coated paper as the inner page can increase the thickness and stiffness of the finished product. In addition, the paper selection is also very important, ordinary coated paper, art paper, white card paper, environmental protection card paper, art paper can be used to make paper. For general brochures, the choice of coated paper and art paper can be; For high-end albums, the choice of art paper is more.

8. Finished product size determination

According to the dimensions provided by the customer or according to theBrochureFinished size of books to determine the binding method and finished size.
