First of all, we need to be clear that the purpose of the hotel employee handbook is to provide employees with the guidance and information they need to do their job. In the design of the manual, we emphasize practicality and readability so that staff can quickly understand the hotel's operating model and regulations.

In terms of size, we chose the A5 size, which is easy to carry and makes it easy for employees to consult the manual at any time. At the same time, we focus on the layout design of the manual to make the content clear and easy to read, using a large amount of blank space, so that employees can better absorb and understand the information.

The manual covers a variety of aspects, including basic hotel information, employee responsibilities, service procedures, safety regulations, and employee rights and interests. The basic information about the hotel includes the building, facilities, location, and scale of the hotel, so that employees can have an overall understanding of the hotel. Employee responsibilities detail the employee's work content, working hours, and work requirements. Service flow details the hotel's service flow, including check-in, check-out, and room service. Safety regulations include fire prevention, theft prevention, and anti-accident provisions. Employee rights and interests introduce employee benefits and protections, such as social security, paid leave, etc.
