Custom Brochure Printing Regulations
I. Purpose:
This document is formulated to standardize the printing management of corporate publicity materials.
II. Scope of Prints:
Prints of internal materials: Including the company and each department's documents, data, office supplies, signs, badges, various cards, etc.
Prints of external materials: Including company and various departments documents, information, various certificates, etc.
III. Regulations on the Management of Printed Materials:
The office is responsible for the production of printed materials. After the printing is completed, the office organizes and stores them by category for ready use.
In principle, printed materials are numbered uniformly by the office to facilitate management and use. After numbering, each department collects and reimburses the expenses in time according to the actual usage.
The printing expenses of internal materials shall be included in the department budget, and the printing expenses of external materials shall be included in the company's special administrative funds.
The printing of printed matter shall be subject to strict examination and approval procedures, and shall be approved and signed by the person in charge of the department before being printed.
After the printing application is approved, the office is responsible for assigning a special person to take charge of the printing and establishing a register of printing applications.
During the printing process, if any quality problem or non-conformity is found, the printing shall be stopped immediately and reported to the relevant leaders.
After the printed matter is finished, the office shall be responsible for distributing the printed matter to the user departments according to the category, number, and handling the receiving formalities.
After the printed materials are used up, they shall be returned to the office in a timely manner, which shall be kept by the office in a unified manner.
All departments shall keep the printed matter carefully and shall not lose or damage it. Any damage should be reported to the office in time for repair or replacement.
All departments shall use and manage printed materials in strict accordance with these Regulations. In case of violation, the responsible persons shall be fined or administratively dealt with according to the seriousness of the situation.
